My Grandmother's Menu. I look forward to welcoming you to my table to savour the traditional dishes I enjoyed as a child in my grandmother's kitchen. Delicious, authentic food that smells wonderful. Starters of Butesi meat crostini, meatballs and a large platter of Tuscan cold cuts accompanied by warm savoury focaccia.
Handmade pasta, ragù passed down through generations with lots of love... To finish, the traditional flavours of truly special cakes and fine wine to accompany each course. Take the opportunity to relive the warm atmosphere of yesteryear in my home through authentic flavours!

- Sono sicura che cucinare con Cosetta sia un’esperienza indimenticabile ma se come me, avete semplicemente il piacere di passare una serata in compagnia deliziandovi dei suoi piatti, non potrete che rimanerne soddisfatti. È stata una serata indimenticabile in compagnia di due persone che sanno accogliere e mettere a proprio agio. Cosetta una cuoca eccellente e Paolo, il compagno, un vero gentiluomo. Grazie perché questa esperienza mi rimarrà nel cuore.
- Had a great experience with my family. Cosetta and Paulo were fantatic hosts. We made ravioli for vegetarian. Ricotta with walnut sauce. Was lovely and easy to do. Would recommend prebooking travel to Butin. Very much recommend.

- The most wonderful experience in Tuscany. We came across this on TripAdvisor and decided to book it the week before we arrived in Tuscany and it was the best decision we could have made. Cosetta and Paolo were so warm and welcoming and we learned how to make fresh pasta from scratch. The atmosphere was brilliant. We had so much fun and so many laughs learning how to make pasta and the food and wine were amazing. Cosettas tiramisu is the best I've ever tasted. So glad we got to experience this and would thoroughly recommend this to anyone visiting

Cesarina from 2022Location: Buti (PI) Languages: Italian and English"I have always enjoyed cooking traditional Tuscan dishes and in particular those of Butesi, because all the recipes passed to me by my mom and my grandmother (who with my grandfather also had a pizzeria). My recipes are in fact enclosed in a notebook very precious to me and, among my favorite dishes there are crostini alla butese as an appetizer and macaroni with meat sauce and egg noodles for the first courses. Among the second courses my preferences are for black sprouts with pork and zucchini stuffed. For desserts tiramisu and castagnaccio. Preferably, I like to cook earthy dishes, appetizers, first and second courses of meat and desserts ".
