Hi from Cosetta!

"I have always enjoyed cooking traditional Tuscan dishes and in particular those of Butesi, because all the recipes passed to me by my mom and my grandmother (who with my grandfather also had a pizzeria). My recipes are in fact enclosed in a notebook very precious to me and, among my favorite dishes there are crostini alla butese as an appetizer and macaroni with meat sauce and egg noodles for the first courses. Among the second courses my preferences are for black sprouts with pork and zucchini stuffed. For desserts tiramisu and castagnaccio. Preferably, I like to cook earthy dishes, appetizers, first and second courses of meat and desserts ".

What a delightful afternoon - excellent food, great wine and a warm and welcoming ambience. Cosetta was a charming host and an excellent teacher, patient and expert in the preparation of ricotta gnocchi. We had lots of fun together but also learned a lot about Tuscan culinary traditions and practices. Highly recommended.

We truly enjoyed our time with Cosetta and her partner Paulo. Cosetta went step by step with us in the process to make ravioli! When we arrived she had already made delicious focaccia for us to enjoy before we started making the pasta. It was nice to get to know them both and enjoy a meal with them. Before we left she gave us all a copy of the recipe to replicate at home. It was a wonderful experience!!

Insieme e con i suoi preziosi consigli abbiamo fatto e gustato dei buonissimi gnocchi di ricotta che rifaremo senz'altro a casa nostra! My friend Steve and I had a wonderful in home authentic Italian cooking class and our friends were able to join us to enjoy our own lunch . Concetta was a great and gracious teacher. It was also very helpful to have Paolo guide us in since parking was tricky. Thank you so very much , I would certainly refer someone to Cesarine if they wanted to do a class.
