"I have always enjoyed cooking traditional Tuscan dishes and in particular those of Butesi, because all the recipes passed to me by my mom and my grandmother (who with my grandfather also had a pizzeria). My recipes are in fact enclosed in a notebook very precious to me and, among my favorite dishes there are crostini alla butese as an appetizer and macaroni with meat sauce and egg noodles for the first courses. Among the second courses my preferences are for black sprouts with pork and zucchini stuffed. For desserts tiramisu and castagnaccio. Preferably, I like to cook earthy dishes, appetizers, first and second courses of meat and desserts ".

Wonderful experience! Rosetta was so welcoming and kind, and the food was wonderful. She taught me to make the best tiramisu ever, treated me like a friend and made me feel so comfortable as I did this alone. Highly recommend!

The most wonderful experience in Tuscany. We came across this on TripAdvisor and decided to book it the week before we arrived in Tuscany and it was the best decision we could have made. Cosetta and Paolo were so warm and welcoming and we learned how to make fresh pasta from scratch. The atmosphere was brilliant. We had so much fun and so many laughs learning how to make pasta and the food and wine were amazing. Cosettas tiramisu is the best I've ever tasted. So glad we got to experience this and would thoroughly recommend this to anyone visiting
