I am waiting for you at my home to share and cook together an old family recipe, thus preserving the tradition and authentic tastes of the past. We will be able to prepare together one of our favorite first courses, such as Maccheroni Butesi, ravioli ricotta and walnuts, gnocchi, or opt for a delicious dessert such as Ricotta Cake, Tiramisu, Frittelle di neccio or a tasty tart. We will spend a few pleasant hours, then enjoy our dish accompanied by a glass of wine. I will also provide you with the written recipe, so you can replicate it for your friends and family, ensuring that this culinary tradition lives on.

- The most wonderful experience in Tuscany. We came across this on TripAdvisor and decided to book it the week before we arrived in Tuscany and it was the best decision we could have made. Cosetta and Paolo were so warm and welcoming and we learned how to make fresh pasta from scratch. The atmosphere was brilliant. We had so much fun and so many laughs learning how to make pasta and the food and wine were amazing. Cosettas tiramisu is the best I've ever tasted. So glad we got to experience this and would thoroughly recommend this to anyone visiting

- My family and I had a fantastic experience with Cosetta and Paolo. We were warmly welcomed into her home for a fabulous afternoon and evening. She taught us how to make a delicious pasta recipe and we shared a meal at her table, quickly feeling like friends! Cosetta takes her time to explain her approach to cooking the meal, was wonderful with our children - she engaged them and allowed them to cut, chop, knead, mix - whatever needed to be done. I highly recommend this wonderful experience. Paolo met us when we parked our car and walked the 2 minutes with us to the house. Buti is a charming Italian village to visit. This experience was a highlight of our time in Italy.

Cesarina from 2022Location: Buti Languages: Italian and English"I have always enjoyed cooking traditional Tuscan dishes and in particular those of Butesi, because all the recipes passed to me by my mom and my grandmother (who with my grandfather also had a pizzeria). My recipes are in fact enclosed in a notebook very precious to me and, among my favorite dishes there are crostini alla butese as an appetizer and macaroni with meat sauce and egg noodles for the first courses. Among the second courses my preferences are for black sprouts with pork and zucchini stuffed. For desserts tiramisu and castagnaccio. Preferably, I like to cook earthy dishes, appetizers, first and second courses of meat and desserts ".
