I will be waiting for you at my home to have dinner together, but also to show you and cook one of the dishes on the menu.
You will find a rich appetizer, a first course of fresh pasta, a second course with a side dish, and finally a dessert. Each dish will be cooked with high quality seasonal products and good wine will accompany it all. All the recipes are traditional: they were handed down to me by my grandmother and I repeat them with true pride.

It was an unforgettable evening in the company of two people who know how to welcome and make you feel at ease. Cosetta an excellent cook and Paolo, her partner, a true gentleman. Thank you because this experience will remain in my heart.
- Had a great experience with my family. Cosetta and Paulo were fantatic hosts. We made ravioli for vegetarian. Ricotta with walnut sauce. Was lovely and easy to do. Would recommend prebooking travel to Butin. Very much recommend.

Cesarina from 2022Location: Buti (PI) Languages: Italian and English"I have always enjoyed cooking traditional Tuscan dishes and in particular those of Butesi, because all the recipes passed to me by my mom and my grandmother (who with my grandfather also had a pizzeria). My recipes are in fact enclosed in a notebook very precious to me and, among my favorite dishes there are crostini alla butese as an appetizer and macaroni with meat sauce and egg noodles for the first courses. Among the second courses my preferences are for black sprouts with pork and zucchini stuffed. For desserts tiramisu and castagnaccio. Preferably, I like to cook earthy dishes, appetizers, first and second courses of meat and desserts ".
