My Granny's Menù.
I am waiting for you to sit around my table, preparing you the ancient dishes that I was enjoying when I was a little kid. Authentic and good Food that smell of tradition: Meat appetizer of butese's croutons. Small meatballs and large platter of cold cuts followed by salted, hot focaccia. Hand made pasta, prepared with lots of love... all of this to end with ancient flavours of very special cakes that will be followed by a good wine. Do not lose the opportunity to experience the warm and ancient atmosphere in my house through authentic flavours.

- I am sure that cooking with Cosetta is an unforgettable experience, but if like me, you simply enjoy spending an evening in her company delighting in her dishes, you can only be satisfied. It was an unforgettable evening in the company of two people who know how to welcome and make you feel at ease. Cosetta an excellent cook and Paolo, her partner, a true gentleman. Thank you because this experience will remain in my heart.
- Had a great experience with my family. Cosetta and Paulo were fantatic hosts. We made ravioli for vegetarian. Ricotta with walnut sauce. Was lovely and easy to do. Would recommend prebooking travel to Butin. Very much recommend.

- The most wonderful experience in Tuscany. We came across this on TripAdvisor and decided to book it the week before we arrived in Tuscany and it was the best decision we could have made. Cosetta and Paolo were so warm and welcoming and we learned how to make fresh pasta from scratch. The atmosphere was brilliant. We had so much fun and so many laughs learning how to make pasta and the food and wine were amazing. Cosettas tiramisu is the best I've ever tasted. Cesarina from 2022Location: Buti (PI) Languages: Italian and English"I have always enjoyed cooking traditional Tuscan dishes and in particular those of Butesi, because all the recipes passed to me by my mom and my grandmother (who with my grandfather also had a pizzeria). My recipes are in fact enclosed in a notebook very precious to me and, among my favorite dishes there are crostini alla butese as an appetizer and macaroni with meat sauce and egg noodles for the first courses. Among the second courses my preferences are for black sprouts with pork and zucchini stuffed. For desserts tiramisu and castagnaccio. Preferably, I like to cook earthy dishes, appetizers, first and second courses of meat and desserts ".
