Back home, we’ll turn our market finds into a delicious meal: crispy bruschette, soft and flavorful gnudi (a Tuscan specialty), and the classic Italian dessert, tiramisu. A relaxed, hands-on experience where we cook, chat, and enjoy the best of Italian food together. I can't wait to welcome you!

- Probably the best cooking class I’ve followed! Sadly enough still did not receive any recipes..
- Our experience with Silvia was wonderful! The side trip to the market was a nice feature. She even let us help with the preparation, and the food was delicious. My only comment, which has nothing to do with Silvia, is that Cesarine should take out the part that says participants will receive a shopping bag and apron. We did not, and someone else might be expecting such.
