- Silvia was a terrific host and teacher. We had a wonderful evening of cooking, learning about her culinary history and having her share her love of the region. The way she explained making the pasta and Bechamel sauce allowed us to easily follow the recipe. She gave us great encouragement during the evening and for future attempts! We are excited to cook for our friends and family and now have confidence in the result.
- Silvia’s classes are fun, informative, and an exceptional experience. She is so knowledgeable and loves sharing her expertise in a delightful way. Each class (I’ve had three) are well organized and thoughtfully planned for the best experience possible. She readily shares her knowledge about Italy, the cuisines, and the area. I highly recommend Silvia’s cooking classes!

- Our experience with Silvia was wonderful! The side trip to the market was a nice feature. She even let us help with the preparation, and the food was delicious. My only comment, which has nothing to do with Silvia, is that Cesarine should take out the part that says participants will receive a shopping bag and apron. We did not, and someone else might be expecting such.
