Living in Lucca but with roots in Campania, specifically Benevento, I have a deep love for the cuisine of my homeland and the flavors passed down through my family. While I respect traditional recipes, I do not hesitate to infuse my dishes with a touch of innovation that makes them unique. And for those with a sweet tooth, I also prepare delicious treats!Among the dishes I prefer to cook, there are classic first courses like lasagna, or less traditional variations with chicken or artichokes. Pasta with seafood, carbonara, amatriciana, and of course, pizza, are always present on my menu.
