I prefer simple dishes made with just a few wholesome, seasonal ingredients, often harvested directly from my own vegetable garden and orchard. I love to enhance the authentic flavors of the land using extra virgin olive oil that we produce ourselves.My cooking is rooted in traditional Tuscan cuisine, but I also enjoy experimenting: I create original recipes that I carefully jot down in my personal recipe book, built over time with love and passion.

- Rossana and her husband were lovely hosts. They welcomed us into their beautiful home and walked us her lasagna recipe. She gave us lots of helpful tips and afterwards sent us that recipes and several other others. While the lasagna was cooking, her husband showed us around there, olive trees and gave us a tour of their garden. We enjoyed the lasagna sitting at a beautiful table outside I highly reaching out to her for your cooking lesson while in Luca.
- We could not have had a better time! Rosanna, Alberto, and Arctic are wonderful and we had the best night cooking with and learning from them. We cannot recommend her classes more!
- My husband & I had the best time learning from Rossana. She is so knowledgeable & kind. She walked us through all the steps & made sure we knew what we were doing. Her recipes are fantastic! Her & her husband welcomed us so nicely into their home and we also got to meet their dog! We plan to make many of her recipes back at home. Their food, conversation & property were all incredible.
- I can’t recommend Rossana more. She was a wonderful teacher. She was so patient and kind. Her family was kind and made us feel like family. It was the most amazing night that I’ve had on this trip. It was the best thing we did in Lucca!
- My mom and I LOVED cooking with Rosanna! Her home was so welcoming and Rosanna and her family were so kind and friendly. We enjoyed making 2 kinds pasta, pesto, and tiramisu and walking their beautiful olive grove and property! We had such a lovely meal when we were finished, it felt like a meal between close friends. I highly recommend this experience to all!
