I was born in Canada but raised in Italy, where I developed a deep passion for cooking and hospitality. I love sharing Italian food culture through authentic and convivial experiences.Using fresh, high-quality ingredients, we cook together traditional Tuscan and Lucca specialties, from handmade pasta to typical meat and fish dishes. For me, cooking is above all about creating connections, exchanging cultures, and passing on knowledge that has been with me since childhood.
