: Our afternoon with Monica was wonderful! It was not only authentic and educational but Monica made us feel like family! She took the time to make sure we understood the techniques and we rested with good food, good company and good wine in between! Paolo, Monica’s husband was wonderful as well. He worked hard behind the scene to make this a memorable experience!
: Must take Monica's Lucca Cooking Class! Monica’s cooking class is a MUST have experience. She is patient, kind and is so knowledgeable about authentic Italian cooking. She taught our group so much about all of the products we used to cook with and how to cook with your senses. We were treated like family and she took the time to explain and answer all questions. Monica cooks from her heart and has a passion to teach others. It was lovely to sit on her outside table and cook in her outdoor kitchen. It was a beautiful yard space and cooking set up. We will be recommending her to any friends or family visiting Lucca. She is the absolute BEST!
: The evening was a total delight! Monica’s knowledge of cooking was deep and we learned much about the different flours and these various uses. We received true Italian hospitality in her home and the many delicious dishes served were appreciated! I have had many cooking classes but not compared to this incredible experience. A bonus was meeting and sharing the evening with Paolo, Monica’s husband. I highly recommend this experience- a highlight of my time in Lucca!!!
: True Italian home hospitality! Monica is a talented chef and a passionate teacher of the art of cooking. We enjoyed learning how to make homemade pasta and family recipes that delighted the senses. If you want an authentic Italian experience- you will be delighted beyond to join Monica and her husband, Paolo for an evening of outstanding culinary dishes. Highly recommend this experience!!
