The Saturday morning farmer's market represents the reality of our area, respects local traditions, and is worth visiting.

We will then move to the garden of my home to prepare together an appetizer, fresh pasta with flour chosen from the different types that my family uses, a seasonal sauce, and a typical local dessert that we will choose together from several recipes. We will end the experience by learning how to set my family's typical table.

Monica and her husband welcomed us in her home and had a lovely family dinner with us. We made two fresh pastas that were delicious. Besides the pasta, they had prepared different food for us to taste. Unfortunately we did not make tiramisu but overall it was a great experience!

My husband and I had an incredible experience with Monica and her husband. The house was lovely, as we made food on the back patio. We started by making the dough and then while the dough raised, we had some appetizers that were local to their area. We had incredible conversation, although somewhat challenging with the language, but we all did incredibly well. We then made the pasta and the sauces for the noodles. It was an incredible night! And one that I would recommend to anyone.
