    We attended a pasta and tiramisu–making class with Rossana along with our 6‑year‑old daughter, and it ended up being one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. Rossana and her husband welcomed us with such genuine warmth that it felt like we were spending the afternoon with friends or family. They were wonderfully patient and engaging with our daughter, making the class fun and accessible for all of us. Rossana was well prepared, the kitchen and prep area were spotless, and the ingredients were high quality, including some organic items. Cooking traditional dishes in a real Italian home—and then enjoying the meal together at a family table—made the experience feel truly authentic and special. If you’re looking for a meaningful, home‑cooked Italian experience, this is an excellent choice. We highly recommend these classes, and especially Rossana.

    Rossana was such an amazing host and teacher! I went with my friend and we had such a fun time cooking with her and she was so accommodating and even gave us extra recipes to take home with us.     I prefer simple dishes made with just a few wholesome, seasonal ingredients, often harvested directly from my own vegetable garden and orchard. I love to enhance the authentic flavors of the land using extra virgin olive oil that we produce ourselves. My cooking is rooted in traditional Tuscan cuisine, but I also enjoy experimenting: I create original recipes that I carefully jot down in my personal recipe book, built over time with love and passion.
