Shared Experience
Your experience
  • Mixed bruschetta
  • Tagliatelle
  • Ravioli with ricotta and spinach (homemade pasta)
  • Tiramisu

Welcome to a typical Tuscan villa nestled in the green hills of Lucca, where we will welcome you in a large garden with gazebo, vegetable garden and olive grove, amidst scents of nature and authenticity. Our happy hens give us fresh eggs every day that we will use in the preparations. Love of cooking, hospitality and a family atmosphere will frame this authentic experience. We will cook together, discovering secrets and traditions, but most of all having fun. We will prepare together, step by step, bruschetta with fresh vegetables and extra virgin olive oil from our own production, tagliatelle with meat sauce according to the family recipe, ravioli with ricotta and spinach, and we will end with traditional tiramisu or, upon request, strawberry tiramisu.

We had a fantastic time at Rossana and Alberto's home. We felt very welcome, learned a lot about the art of pasta, and will always remember this experience with joy.

Really nice people! They teached us a lot about Italian cooking and some nice facts about the country and region! The food was amazing and the vibe was really good!! I would recommend this cooking class to everybody!

We had a wonderful time with Rossana and I can recommend this cooking class to everyone. It was super nice and cosy to be at Rosanna’s home and learn to create pasta and seeing how to make wonderful Italian food and tiramisu. We also met the family and had a tour in the Olive Garden, before diner was served in the beautiful garden. We really appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and being able to learn about daily life in Italy and we got a lot of good tips for the rest of our vacation. I can truly advise all to try this experience,

We had a truly fantastic evening together. Rossana and Alberto welcomed us with great hospitality. We learned how to make delicious lasagna, and because Floris loves tiramisu so much, Rossana also showed us how to make and taste it. Delicious! We had a wonderful evening, thank you very much for this 🙏🏻

Rossana and her husband were wonderful hosts in their home! She was the best teacher and I’m so thankful for her talents! I look forward to trying out the recipes we made once I’m back home!

I prefer simple dishes made with just a few wholesome, seasonal ingredients, often harvested directly from my own vegetable garden and orchard. I love to enhance the authentic flavors of the land using extra virgin olive oil that we produce ourselves. My cooking is rooted in traditional Tuscan cuisine, but I also enjoy experimenting: I create original recipes that I carefully jot down in my personal recipe book, built over time with love and passion.
