Would you like to discover classic corners of Tuscany through ravioli? Let's start in the north, in Mugello, where you will learn how to make the famous raviol stuffed with potatoes, which are tasty yet delicate. We will then move on to Lucca with its famous Tordelli stuffed with meat and fragrant herbs. Finally, we will prepare ricotta and spinach ravioli with pecorino cheese from Pienza, typical of the Siena area.
Discovering different shapes, tasty fillings, and sublime accompanying sauces will be a unique and rewarding experience.

- Our cooking class with Elena tonight was the highlight of my time in Italy. We were welcomed into her beautiful home and was shown the traditional way of making and cooking pasta and tiramisu. From the moment we first stepped into her home we were welcomed with kindness. Elena shared with us the methods to make ravioli, pici and tiramisu. We enjoyed our home cooked dishes with beautiful wine. I look forward to bringing home our knowledge in making authentic Italian dishes with a Tuscan touch.
