Do you want to discover corners of classic Tuscany through ravioli.?We'll start in the north, from Mugello you'll learn about the famous raviol stuffed with tasty yet delicate potatoes.
We will then move on to Lucca with its world-famous Tordelli stuffed with meat and fragrant aromas. And finally we will prepare ricotta and spinach ravioli with pecorino cheese from Pienza, typical of the Siena area. Discovering different shapes, tasty fillings and sublime accompanying sauces will be a unique and fulfilling experience.

- Elena was great. She was very patient with us when teaching us. Also Elena and her husband offered to take us back to our hotel after the class was over. I would recommend Elena to any one wanting to take this cooking class.
- We had so much fun. Elena was an excellent host and teacher. Making ravioli and lasagna and tiramisu was one of the highlights of our entire trip. We truly loved the experience and highly recommend the class and Elena as a host!
