- We can highly recommend Elena’s pasta-making class! We had such a wonderful time with her. She was an amazing host and shared her passion for cooking with us with so much enthusiasm and joy. She prepared some wonderful vegetarian variations for us, and everything was absolutely delicious. We also really enjoyed sitting down and sharing the meal together with Elena and her husband. It was such a lovely and memorable experience! :)
- Our cooking class with Elena tonight was the highlight of my time in Italy. We were welcomed into her beautiful home and was shown the traditional way of making and cooking pasta and tiramisu. From the moment we first stepped into her home we were welcomed with kindness. Elena shared with us the methods to make ravioli, pici and tiramisu. We enjoyed our home cooked dishes with beautiful wine. I look forward to bringing home our knowledge in making authentic Italian dishes with a Tuscan touch.
- Just had a marvelous time cooking pizza and tiramisu with Elena. She and her kind husband gave me a very warm welcome to their beautiful home. She even gave me an extra recipe, and the lesson was hands on and enjoyable. They even gave me a lift back to apartment. I will highly recommend Elena to everyone who wants to learn Italian cooking.

- We were so happy learning with Elena. My favorite part was the family meal we had together with her and her charming husband. We made thick spaghetti with a simple tomato sauce and gnocchi with a pesto she made herself. Delicious tiramisu. This will be the highlight of our trip. The one thing we will always remember. So kind and welcoming.
