OLEOTECA DI BUTI is the retail space of L’Aspro Farm in Buti (Pisa, Italy), a producer of extra virgin olive oil under the brand Gli Eroi degli Olivi.Our olive groves and headquarters are spread across the steep, terraced slopes of the Monti Pisani surrounding Buti, an ancient village historically devoted to olive oil production and now increasingly appreciated by lovers of slow and authentic tourism.Located in the heart of the village, the Oleoteca is a place dedicated to sharing and promoting the culture of extra virgin olive oil. Here we offer visits to a beautifully restored historic olive mill and guided tasting experiences of extra virgin olive oils from all over Italy, in a warm and charming space, carefully designed and enhanced by an antique dish cabinet.
