Hi from Maurizio!

We are in Santa Maria a Monte, amongst alleys, underpasses, cobbled streets, ancient buildings, churches and wonderful views overlooking the Arno valley. Here we meet Maurizio, our Cesarino, and we have the feeling of returning to the past. Maurizio is a lover of good food, "I love eating and cooking, respecting the ancient traditions". He offers his guests local produce, such as the tosca potato i.g.p. and the extra virgin olive oil, which are grown by his family, "I hope everyone will enjoy sharing these flavors."
