You can choose from onion and stracchino, peppers and pecorino, sausage and cheese, eggplant, provolone and basil, or pesto and zucchini. The experience will be a mix of creativity and taste and I will guide you step by step for an irresistible result. I look forward to cooking with you and discovering new combinations!

- Elena was great. She was very patient with us when teaching us. Also Elena and her husband offered to take us back to our hotel after the class was over. I would recommend Elena to any one wanting to take this cooking class.
- We had so much fun. Elena was an excellent host and teacher. Making ravioli and lasagna and tiramisu was one of the highlights of our entire trip. We truly loved the experience and highly recommend the class and Elena as a host!
