You can choose from onion and stracchino, peppers and pecorino, sausage and cheese, eggplant, provolone and basil, or pesto and zucchini. The experience will be a mix of creativity and taste and I will guide you step by step for an irresistible result. I look forward to cooking with you and discovering new combinations!

    We had so much fun. Elena was an excellent host and teacher. Making ravioli and lasagna and tiramisu was one of the highlights of our entire trip. We truly loved the experience and highly recommend the class and Elena as a host!
