On our family-run farm, our cuisine tells our story. During this experience, we’ll prepare some traditional Tuscan dishes together using fresh ingredients, many of which come directly from our farm. We’ll start with crostini with chicken livers and panzanella, symbols of peasant cuisine, before moving on to Tuscan gnudi with ragù and rabbit alla cacciatora – recipes handed down through our family. We’ll finish with Tuscan cantuccini, handmade according to tradition. More than just a cookery class, it will be a time for sharing, authentic flavours and hospitality – just like at home.
