Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

The flavours and aromas of traditional Lucca dishes bring back childhood memories for me—of my grandmother’s kitchen, where she would laugh as she prepared meals for me and taught me to cook.

All this makes me want to share this love and knowledge with others, hoping to evoke wonderful feelings in my guests and let them savour excellent, simple dishes, made with love. My dishes reflect simplicity and local tradition, using seasonal ingredients: from starters such as tomato bruschetta, to Lucca-style tordelli, to rovelline, and to finish, a delicious tiramisu or the classic Lucca soup. All this in a hillside setting surrounded by greenery, in a house that exudes a love of nature, home cooking and my family.
