Your experience
In the heart of the Tuscan countryside, in a charming villa with garden, patio, olive grove, and vegetable garden, enjoy a hands-on cooking experience you won’t forget. In a warm and authentic atmosphere, you’ll learn to make iconic Italian dishes: bruschetta with fresh seasonal vegetables from the garden, homemade pasta tossed with classic Roman carbonara (vegetarian option available), and a dessert of your choice – either traditional tiramisu or a rich chocolate treat. A fun, immersive experience for anyone who loves Italian cuisine!
It was the best experience in Tuscany. Highly recommended to anyone. We couldn’t wish for better Italian host in their home , from the minute we stepped in we felt like part of the family. They were not only teaching us how to cook pasta and lasagna, but also made us feel welcome and comfortable. We are a family of 4 with two small kids (5 & 7 years old) and after three weeks traveling around Italy , our kids names cooking with Rossana as top 3 things they have enjoyed the most (top two being eating ice cream and swimming pool!). Don’t miss out - we only sad we can’t do this more often ! And I will certainly be cooking fresh pasta at home ! Best experience ever! 10 out of 10!

My parents, brother and I booked a class with Rossana while we were in Lucca and what an incredible experience it was. We were new to cooking and preparing Italian food and were blown away by Rossana's knowledge and ability to make the experience easy and digestible. Alberto and Rossana's hospitality was incredible, getting to walk their property, have quality conversations and getting advice on places to see and do in the area. It felt like we were visiting with old friends. It was a memorable experience we will always cherish and we cannot wait to try cooking the dishes at home. I would highly recommend this class to anyone who comes to the area.

We had a wonderful experience at Rossana’s kitchen and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lucca. Rossana and her husband were very welcoming and although I speak no Italian, they made our entire family feel comfortable with easy conversation and AMAZING food!

What a wonderful experience with Rosa and Alberto, fantastic hosts! We made two types of pasta and tirimasu and had the pleasure of sampling Rosa’s homemade pesto and cannellini dip which were so tasty. Alberto showed us through his olive grove we ate cherry’s and loquats from his trees. We then sat outside to eat. A truly memorable experience, thank you!

I prefer simple dishes made with just a few wholesome, seasonal ingredients, often harvested directly from my own vegetable garden and orchard. I love to enhance the authentic flavors of the land using extra virgin olive oil that we produce ourselves. My cooking is rooted in traditional Tuscan cuisine, but I also enjoy experimenting: I create original recipes that I carefully jot down in my personal recipe book, built over time with love and passion.
