We'll stroll through the charming local shops of the historic center – from colorful fruit and vegetable stands to traditional butcheries and grocery stores – selecting fresh ingredients like fragrant tomatoes, zucchini flowers ready for frying, guanciale for the perfect carbonara, and sweet, juicy strawberries.
But the experience doesn’t end there! After our food tour, we’ll head to a Cesarina's home for a special cooking demonstration. You’ll watch how fresh tagliatelle are made by hand, following traditional Italian techniques.
A perfect mix of local life, great food, and authentic tradition – I can't wait to share it with you!

- Probably the best cooking class I’ve followed! Sadly enough still did not receive any recipes..
- Our experience with Silvia was wonderful! The side trip to the market was a nice feature. She even let us help with the preparation, and the food was delicious. My only comment, which has nothing to do with Silvia, is that Cesarine should take out the part that says participants will receive a shopping bag and apron. We did not, and someone else might be expecting such.
