I’ll welcome you into my home with warmth and enthusiasm to share the secrets of Italian cuisine and prepare two great classics of our tradition together: fresh handmade pasta and tiramisu!
Before the experience, we’ll get in touch to choose one of the three first courses you’d prefer to make: pici all’aglione, stuffed ravioli or tagliatelle with ragù. During the cookery class, I’ll guide you step by step through the process of making fresh pasta, sharing tips and tricks so you can recreate it at home. We’ll finish by preparing a delicious tiramisu, for an experience centred on good food and conviviality. I look forward to seeing you there to get your hands dirty!

- We can highly recommend Elena’s pasta-making class! We had such a wonderful time with her. She was an amazing host and shared her passion for cooking with us with so much enthusiasm and joy. She prepared some wonderful vegetarian variations for us, and everything was absolutely delicious. We also really enjoyed sitting down and sharing the meal together with Elena and her husband. It was such a lovely and memorable experience! :)
- Our cooking class with Elena tonight was the highlight of my time in Italy. We were welcomed into her beautiful home and was shown the traditional way of making and cooking pasta and tiramisu. From the moment we first stepped into her home we were welcomed with kindness. Elena shared with us the methods to make ravioli, pici and tiramisu.
