We will cook together the most authentic traditional Tuscan dishes, starting with fresh, seasonal ingredients. We will learn how to prepare fresh pasta and gnocchi following the ancient rules of old-fashioned cooking, using only hand tools, just as our grandmothers did. During the class I will guide you step by step, turning simple gestures into a convivial and fun experience. At the end, we will sit down at the table to taste the dishes made with your hands, accompanied by a bottle of good local wine. It will be a special opportunity to discover the genuine flavors of Tuscany and experience an unforgettable moment. I look forward to seeing you!

My husband and I spent a wonderful evening in Silvia's kitchen and had a personalized cooking class. We wanted to learn to make pasta and I had said 'no' to learning about gnocchi. Silvia asked why and said we always found gnocchi very tough. She taught us to make gnocchi that was so light, delicate, and flavorful we could hardly believe it. The pasta was also wonderful. This cooking class was the highlight of our two-week trip to Italy.

"I love to host and take care of the table, I always try to create a mise en place with some ingredient that recalls the menu or seasonality. I prefer to cook dishes of land, typical of the Tuscan tradition, I do not try too much in desserts... but only not to eat too many!"
