The aperitivo represents a very important convivial moment in Italy, which is becoming increasingly popular, especially among young people.

Together we will learn how to prepare an alcoholic fruit drink, combined with quick and tasty dishes that you can prepare at home:

  • fried pizza dough, tasty with cheeses and cold cuts
  • fried polenta, crispy, pleasant at any time
  • bruschetta with tomato and fettuanta. very famous Italian dishes that I prepare with a special kind of local tomato and evo oil
  • ricotta and prosciutto mousse, fresh and delicate, great with polenta and fried pasta
  • cold farro salad: here is the main dish of the dinner, fresh vegetables and evo oil accompany the preparation
  • Prosecco purchased directly from the producer
  • dessert to conclude

My husband and I had an incredible experience with Monica and her husband. The house was lovely, as we made food on the back patio. We started by making the dough and then while the dough raised, we had some appetizers that were local to their area. We had incredible conversation, although somewhat challenging with the language, but we all did incredibly well. We then made the pasta and the sauces for the noodles. It was an incredible night! And one that I would recommend to anyone.

This experience was wonderful! We were paired with Monica who warmly welcomed us into her home and gave us a night to remember! We started by analyzing the unlimited number of available Italian flour before selecting the base of our pasta. She was patient and strict at the same time - exactly what you'd expect from an Italian teacher. We greatly enjoyed rolling the dough, making the sauces, cutting the pasta, and drinking the wine! Monica and her husband were super entertaining with their local stories and jubilant attitude. I was full for days afterwards. 10/10 would cook again!
