    Let’s learn how to make delicious fish ravioli using fresh, non-farmed fish and homemade pasta, prepared together. You’ll use traditional techniques, either with a ravioli mold or by hand, like cappelletti or tortellini. We’ll enjoy seasonal appetizers such as bruschetta (with evo oil, tomato, or aromatic lard), local cured meats, and cheeses. Next, we’ll prepare a crispy julienne vegetable fry with calamari or squid, finely chopped. To finish, we’ll savor a traditional dessert from Lucca. Everything will be paired with Prosecco or doc white wine.
