Gnocchetti with pesto
Tagliatelle (or ravioli) with seasonal vegetables (or ragù)
Meat ravioli
We will prepare three types of fresh pasta: tagliatelle, Lucca-style meat ravioli and gnocchi. Each pasta will be paired with a different sauce that we will make on the spot. In addition, we will make a seasonal tiramisu, with strawberries in spring and summer, or with pears in fall and winter. You will taste the pastas prepared during the course.
Monica and her husband Franco were excellent! They opened their home to us and were fun, friendly and were great cooking instructors. Loved the meal we made and the beautiful setting!
