Join a fun and authentic cooking class to learn how to make pizza and focaccia with oil, a specialty of Tuscany!
Immersed in the picturesque Tuscan countryside, near the famous Pinocchio Park, we will create the schiacciata dough together: flour, water, yeast and extra virgin olive oil from our hills. From the same dough will be born the classic margherita pizza with tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil. Finally, we close on a sweet note with a focaccia stuffed with hazelnut cream. We look forward to a fun and unforgettable dining experience!
