I transformed my country villa into an oasis of organic production, growing fresh vegetables and managing a chicken coop to ensure zero-kilometer, high-quality food. My passion for cooking comes from my family of chefs and was further strengthened by my training at the Montecatini hospitality school and my experience in the restaurant industry. I organize events for friends and family, including parties for my children, where the success of my dishes is proven by the many requests for seconds!
