    Let's discover together the importance of food aromas: by smelling (even with closed eyes), it will be fun to try and identify the ingredients of the proposed dishes. Flowers, vegetables, spices, and unique aromas will test your sense of smell, ensuring everyone's enjoyment.

    Appetizer: we'll offer bruschetta or tartines, cheeses or cured meats, which are hard to find in supermarkets but are creations from unique local producers. Fragrant fresh pasta: we will choose a typical local flour together. Seasonal sauce: let's learn to make a sauce together, with many different fragrant herbs Local dessert on request

    Monica was a last minute switch for us as our original chef became sick the day before our class. We couldn’t have asked for a better teacher and guide to Italian cuisine. We took this class while on our honeymoon, and it was one of our favorite experiences during our three weeks in Italy. She and her husband were both incredibly warm and inviting, and made us feel like part of their family. We felt that we got much more than just a cooking class, but also an introduction and welcome into Italian culture. We will absolutely be returning when we come back to Italy.

    Monica and her husband welcomed us in her home and had a lovely family dinner with us. We made two fresh pastas that were delicious. Besides the pasta, they had prepared different food for us to taste. Unfortunately we did not make tiramisu but overall it was a great experience!
