Your experience
We will prepare fresh pasta together in three different ways:
- - by hand, creating traditional pici.
- - with a manual pasta machine, to make bigoli.
- - with an automatic pasta machine, which mixes the dough and directly produces bigoli.
It will be fascinating to compare the results of the three methods and discover your favorite. To complete the experience, we’ll enjoy a seasonal appetizer, a local dessert, and pair it with Prosecco and/or red wine.

- Monica was a wonderful host and teacher! She was very informative and funny, making us feel very welcome into her home. Monica was always checking in with us to make sure everything was good within the experience. All of the food was so good and we greatly appreciated being able to share our creation with our family. I would absolutely recommend this experience with Monica!

- Monica was a last minute switch for us as our original chef became sick the day before our class. We couldn’t have asked for a better teacher and guide to Italian cuisine. We took this class while on our honeymoon, and it was one of our favorite experiences during our three weeks in Italy. She and her husband were both incredibly warm and inviting, and made us feel like part of their family. We felt that we got much more than just a cooking class, but also an introduction and welcome into Italian culture. We will absolutely be returning when we come back to Italy.
