Hands-on cooking class with starter, pasta and dessert

We will prepare Tuscan crostini together: fettunta with extra virgin olive oil, tomato crostini and hot crostini with stracchino cheese and sausage (for those who are not vegetarians).

Ravioli represent one of the typical first courses of Italian culture. We prepare them exclusively with selected flours, very fresh ricotta from the shepherd of our country, spinach and fragrant aromas that we will discover during the preparation. Upon request, it will be possible to prepare tiramisu or discover other typical local recipes. As for wine, we will taste a prosecco purchased directly from the producer and/or a good quality red wine.

Monica and her husband welcomed us in her home and had a lovely family dinner with us. We made two fresh pastas that were delicious. Besides the pasta, they had prepared different food for us to taste. Unfortunately we did not make tiramisu but overall it was a great experience!

Monica and her husband Paulo were superb hosts. We had a very enjoyable, entertaining and authentic Tuscan culinary experience. Monica was an excellent teacher both in describing verbally and demonstrating what we were required to do. My husband and I had an incredible experience with Monica and her husband. The house was lovely, as we made food on the back patio. We started by making the dough and then while the dough raised, we had some appetizers that were local to their area. We had incredible conversation, although somewhat challenging with the language, but we all did incredibly well. We then made the pasta and the sauces for the noodles. It was an incredible night! And one that I would recommend to anyone.
