I have always loved cooking, especially for large groups of people. In summer, I like to make tomato sauce, jams, flavored oils and salts. For my recipes, I make it a priority to use local and organic products. In this cooking class, we will start with a seasonal appetizer and then I will teach you how to make fresh pasta and cook them with seasonal sauces, including bigoli, tagliatelle, tagliolini, fusilli and more. Each type of pasta has a unique flavor and the shape of the pasta combines differently with the sauces we use. We will then conclude with a typical dessert. While cooking, we will also be able to enjoy the beautiful garden, which is especially pleasant during the warm season while tasting the dishes made during the course.
Our afternoon with Monica was wonderful! It was not only authentic and educational but Monica made us feel like family! She took the time to make sure we understood the techniques and we rested with good food, good company and good wine in between!

It was truly a pleasure spending the day with Monica and her husband. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our pasta making and enjoyed the foods Monica prepared. She was such a delight! I would highly recommend this activity! The only negative I have was that there was no Market tour, which is how it was advertised with "Get Your Guide", but that was no fault of Monica's. She was simply the best!

This cooking class was so much fun. Monica customized it to what we wanted to learn and was so knowledgeable. The class went long because she insisted we needed more time. She and her husband also provided a variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, and alcohol. Would definitely recommend!
