Tomato bruschetta is a tasty appetizer that can be prepared in a variety of ways. I prefer to use local tomatoes, especially two particular varieties that can be found only from local producers and never in supermarkets or stores. Let's find out about them together!
In addition, we will prepare fresh pasta using flours selected from the many available. For the sauce, we will prepare a wonderful and fragrant Italian pesto with fresh basil. For dessert, we will have the choice between the famous tiramisu or the discovery and tasting of traditional local desserts. As for wine, we will be able to taste a prosecco purchased directly from the producer or a good red wine.
