Celebrate a special occasion with a dining experience perfect for Valentine's Day, anniversaries and moments to remember. We will begin with a fruit aperitif accompanied by bruschetta with fresh tomato or lard, fried polenta, Tuscan olives, and local cheeses and cured meats. We will then prepare fresh homemade pasta, choosing selected flours, and dress it with a creamy cream and sausage sauce from local producers. To conclude, we will make two desserts to choose from the classic tiramisu and three traditional specialties. All will be accompanied by an excellent red wine or prosecco from the winery. Upon request, personalized decorations with balloons, lettering and dedicated colors to make the atmosphere even more special.

- My husband and I had an incredible experience with Monica and her husband. The house was lovely, as we made food on the back patio. We started by making the dough and then while the dough raised, we had some appetizers that were local to their area. We had incredible conversation, although somewhat challenging with the language, but we all did incredibly well. We then made the pasta and the sauces for the noodles. It was an incredible night! And one that I would recommend to anyone.

- We had such a lovely time with Monica during our cooking class! She treated us like family, and served us to some of the most delicious food we have had in Italy! She was a great instructor, and made the experience both fun and educational, and really gave the class a personal touch! I highly recommend Monica for an authentic Italian cooking experience!!
- This experience was wonderful! We were paired with Monica who warmly welcomed us into her home and gave us a night to remember! We started by analyzing the unlimited number of available Italian flour before selecting the base of our pasta. She was patient and strict at the same time - exactly what you'd expect from an Italian teacher. We greatly enjoyed rolling the dough, making the sauces, cutting the pasta, and drinking the wine! Monica and her husband were super entertaining with their local stories and jubilant attitude. I was full for days afterwards. 10/10 would cook again!
- Our afternoon with Monica was wonderful! It was not only authentic and educational but Monica made us feel like family! She took the time to make sure we understood the techniques and we rested with good food, good company and good wine in between! Paolo, Monica’s husband was wonderful as well. He worked hard behind the scene to make this a memorable experience!
