Hi from Gabriele!

My name is Gabriele, and I'm a retired doctor with a lifelong passion for cooking and flavors. I was born in Milan but currently split my time between Lucca, Milan, and Venice. I started my culinary journey with Lombard cuisine. I have achieved the first level of AIS sommelier certification, and my mentors and inspirations include Marchesi, Allan Bay, Ottolenghi, and Giorgione. My culinary bible is 'The Grammar of Flavors.' What excites me most about cooking is the combination of extreme precision on one hand and creativity and passion on the other. I enjoy crafting recipes and sharing the results with my guests.
