Enjoy beautiful Tuscany as I welcome you into my home to savor delicious local products. We will begin with a selection of typical cured meats, accompanied by bruschetta with porcini mushrooms. Together, we will make tagliatelle and I will teach you how to prepare a delicious mushroom sauce with which to dress our fresh pasta. We will then continue with a mushroom main course or some delicious fried mushrooms, which we will prepare together. To conclude, we will eat together all that we have prepared, of course accompanying it with an excellent Tuscan red wine. It will be a culinary experience that will leave you with an indelible memory of the authentic flavors of Tuscany. I look forward to welcoming you and sharing this experience with you.
