What a wonderful experience we had with Luca and Francesca. An Italian cooking lesson, with conversations about culture and family. We made 3 dishes and had Luca and Francesca all to ourselves. We cooked in their lovely home, ate what we prepared with them..We made gnocchi, home made pasta and Tiramisu. Also, they had prepared an antipasto for us to enjoy while the other items were chilling and being prepared. Everything was delicious, probably the best food we have had on our two week venture through Italy. We enjoyed hearing about their life in Italy and how they share their love of food and cooking with visitors. We could not have had a better day and end to our two week trip in Italy…

A truly beautiful experience, which went far beyond simply learning how to make tortellini. ❤️ Paola welcomed us with hospitality and professionalism, and we were able to connect with her right away. She told us a bit about herself and her experiences, but she also wanted to get to know us, creating a very spontaneous and familial atmosphere. She patiently taught us how to make tortellini, explaining which tools to use and all those small details that make the difference. While we ate the tortellini we prepared with our own hands—which were exquisite, to say the least—we stopped to talk and shared a bit about ourselves. Paola was truly helpful and even told us that we can contact her in the future for any doubts or advice. We took home with us the art of creating tortellini, the taste of Bolognese tradition, and many beautiful moments pleasantly shared. Thank you Paola, it was truly a pleasure meeting you. ❤️
