Discover the secrets of Tuscan cuisine with me in my home in La Gruccia, nestled in the hills of Chianti.
Get ready for a fun and unforgettable experience. The class begins with a warm welcome, where we’ll get to know each other and I’ll introduce you to Tuscan cooking and the dishes of the day, and then it’s time to get hands-on! During the lesson, you’ll learn how to prepare a trio of bruschette: fresh tomato, sun-dried tomatoes with capers and olives, and sausage with stracchino, perfect to start the meal. We’ll then make ricotta and spinach ravioli following the traditional Maremma-style recipe, delicate and flavorful. After that, we’ll prepare tagliolini with cherry tomatoes, capers, and olives for a Mediterranean taste. We’ll finish on a sweet note with Tiramisu.

- We had a fantastic experience with the course where we learned how to make homemade Pizza, focaccia, pasta frolla, panini al.latte and we share a really nice day in company of Diana and her husband.
