In my kitchen, we will use our hands to transform a few simple ingredients—flour and eggs—into four marvels of Tuscan and Italian tradition. Together, we will discover the art of fresh pasta, surrounded by aromas, stories, and gestures handed down from generation to generation. We will knead, roll out, and shape all kinds of pasta, creating a complete menu that we will enjoy together, just like a family. We will prepare pumpkin ravioli with cream cheese or traditional ricotta and spinach ravioli topped with butter and sage. We will then move on to making tagliatelle (or tagliolini) with tomato sauce, followed by pici with a rich Tuscan meat sauce and scialatielli with seafood.

It will be an authentic, warm, and fun experience, perfect for experiencing Italy "from the inside."
