In this cooking class, held in my home in La Gruccia, I’ll guide you through the preparation of a light, colorful summer menu full of fresh, seasonal flavors—perfect for celebrating sunny days and the best produce of the season.

We’ll start with a selection of seasonal vegetables, dipped in batter and fried to crisp perfection. Next, we’ll prepare a basil-scented panzanella, bursting with summer colors: toasted bread, juicy tomatoes, and crunchy onions. We’ll continue with a juicy sliced beef steak topped with arugula, served alongside a tray of potatoes and onions slow-cooked until soft and golden. To finish, we’ll make coconut-and-mint fruit skewers: fresh seasonal fruit served on a skewer and coated in a light coconut and mint crust.
