Wednesday? Evening get-together! I'll be waiting for you at my house for an evening with a difference: an experience dedicated to good food and sharing!

Recipe calendar (starting at 7:30 p.m.) : -4/2: ricotta and spinach gnudi with butter and sage or porcini mushrooms -4/3: Tuscan pici We will prepare a traditional recipe together, perfect for an evening with friends, and you will learn how to make it and its secrets. After the class, we will taste the dish we have prepared and toast with a good wine.

The experience will be confirmed once 4 participants have signed up. Please let us know if you have any allergies or intolerances when booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but in the case of severe allergies, we cannot guarantee the absence of contamination.

: We had a truly wonderful evening with Lara and her family. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed into their home, which created such a genuine and authentic Italian atmosphere. It felt less like a cooking class and more like spending time with friends and family. Lara guided us patiently through every step of the process of making pici and ravioli from scratch. What we especially appreciated was that we were involved in each stage of the preparation, which made the experience both educational and very enjoyable. It was fascinating to learn traditional techniques and small details that make homemade pasta so special. Lara’s husband, Daniele, also added a wonderful touch to the evening by sharing interesting stories about local wines and recommending beautiful places to visit in the area. His insights made the experience even richer and more personal. The food we prepared together tasted absolutely delicious. After learning how much care and passion goes into making fresh pasta, we can truly say that nothing compares to homemade dishes prepared in such a warm environment. : What a highlight of our three week honeymoon in Italy! Lara, Daniel, Sofia (and Black) were the most incredible hosts. They welcomed us to their beautiful home which feels like visiting a living painting in the Tuscan hills.
