Wednesday? Evening get-together! I look forward to seeing you at my house for an evening with a difference: an experience dedicated to good food and sharing! Recipe calendar (starting at 7.30 p.m.) : -3/12: ricotta and spinach gnudi with butter and sage or porcini mushrooms -14/1: Tuscan pici
Together we will prepare a traditional recipe, perfect for an evening with friends, and you will learn how to make it and its secrets. After the class, we will taste the dish we have prepared and toast with a good wine.
The experience will be confirmed once 4 participants have signed up. Please let us know if you have any allergies or intolerances when booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but in the case of severe allergies, we cannot guarantee the absence of contamination.

- What a highlight of our three week honeymoon in Italy! Lara, Daniel, Sofia (and Black) were the most incredible hosts. They welcomed us to their beautiful home which feels like visiting a living painting in the Tuscan hills. We listened to good music, learned to make classic regional pasta dishes, shared in great conversation and finished with the most delish lunch. I can not recommend this experience highly enough.
