I welcome you to my home in the heart of the Tuscan village of Belforte, a place where time passes slowly and traditional flavours are at home.

​My cooking is simple, authentic and rooted in the land: I prepare every dish by hand using wholesome ingredients, seasonal vegetables and recipes lovingly passed down through the generations. Cooking for others is my way of sharing the history and warmth of our local culture. ​We’ll sit down to eat in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for a full meal from starter to dessert, accompanied by a good glass of Tuscan wine and a leisurely chat. ​Whether you’re just passing through or on holiday, here you’ll find the true flavour of a family lunch.
