Enjoy a unique evening surrounded by nature and the tranquillity of our olive grove in Belforte.
We’ll welcome you amongst the olive trees for an experience centred on relaxation, good food and conviviality. We’ll start with a stroll amongst the trees and a little welcome to tell you about the history of our local area and how our extra virgin olive oil is made. We’ll then settle down comfortably amongst the rows of trees to enjoy a special menu prepared entirely by hand, featuring locally sourced ingredients, vegetables from our own garden and authentic traditional Tuscan recipes. A special opportunity to unwind, breathe in the fresh air and enjoy the authentic flavours of yesteryear under the Tuscan sky.

I love preparing traditional Tuscan dishes, recipes that tell the story of my region and have been passed down from generation to generation. I enjoy making fresh handmade pasta, slow-cooked ragù, ribollita, and many other traditional specialties that celebrate the simplicity and authenticity of local ingredients. I devote the same care and passion to traditional desserts, from the classic tiramisu and panna cotta to the famous cantucci biscuits.
