My name is Lucia, and cooking has always been one of my greatest passions. I love preparing traditional Tuscan dishes, recipes that tell the story of my region and have been passed down from generation to generation.I enjoy making fresh handmade pasta, slow-cooked ragù, ribollita, and many other traditional specialties that celebrate the simplicity and authenticity of local ingredients. I devote the same care and passion to traditional desserts, from the classic tiramisu and panna cotta to the famous cantucci biscuits.
