Your experience

Taranto, city of two seas and dolphins, capital of Magna Graecia, rich in history, treasures and traditions. As a custodian of culinary traditions, I want to share with my guests some of Taranto's typical dishes, such as meatballs with sauce, a dish enjoyed by young and old alike, and cavatelli pasta with beans and mussels, the main dish of the city of the two seas. To conclude, an ancient dessert of the Taranto tradition: the ring of San Cataldo, patron saint of the city, a doughnut-shaped cake made of almond pastry, with a filling of custard and sour cherries, topped with crunchy puff pastry and caramelized almonds. This cake was born from the combination of legend, mystery and tradition, stories that I will not fail to tell my guests.
