    I invite you to experience a unique culinary adventure in my cozy garden. Imagine spending an unforgettable evening immersed in the beauty of Tuscany while we prepare local dishes together.

    Tuscan appetizer: a delightful assortment of mixed bruschettas, made with fresh, local ingredients, will kick off the evening with a taste of authentic Tuscany.

    Main course: we’ll create zucchini and pancetta stuffed fagottini, served with a creamy mushroom sauce, a dish that combines simplicity and elegance.

    Dessert: the highlight of the evening will be preparing Siena’s ricciarelli together, traditional almond cookies that you’ll decorate yourself.

    All of this will be paired with a selected local wine that will enhance the flavors of the dishes.

    Our host family was gracious and so kind. Unfortunately her translator had a last minute emergency and could not attend. Our host/chef spoke very little English so instructions were difficult. Her next door neighbor, who spoke some English came over to assist. Everyone was so gracious and tried their best to communicate. In the end it was a delightful experience to be in the home of a wonderful Italian family.
