I am waiting for you in the warm atmosphere of my home, inspired by the farmhouses of the Tuscan countryside, to enjoy an authentic cooking experience together. We will prepare three tasty dishes that tell the flavor of Tuscany. We will start with cabbage couscous, rich in Italian scents and surprisingly delicious. We will continue with chickpea farinata, a traditional Tuscan recipe, perfect on its own or with creative pairings. We will close with a special dessert: chocolate and pera picciòla, a rare and typical fruit of our area. A culinary experience between flavors, tradition and conviviality!

- What a lovely way to spend a relaxing Sunday afternoon in Tuscany. Silvia and her husband Marco opened their lovely home to us and taught us how to make pici and tiramisu. We were also able to try some local, homemade jams and digestivi. Neighbors were also on hand to help translate. What a great example of Tuscan hospitality. It very special to be welcomed into someone home. I would highly recommend the experience to anyone.
- Our host family was gracious and so kind. Unfortunately her translator had a last minute emergency and could not attend. Our host/chef spoke very little English so instructions were difficult. Her next door neighbor, who spoke some English came over to assist. Everyone was so gracious and tried their best to communicate. In the end it was a delightful experience to be in the home of a wonderful Italian family.
- We had such a great cooking experience with Silvia! We had 2 kids with us and she was so patient in teaching them. It was one of our favorite experiences of the trip! We felt like family with her!
