Discover with me the red gold of Val d'Orcia: saffron! I will take you to the verdant fields to reveal the secrets of its production and experience the thrill of harvesting. In an ancient farmhouse, we'll learn the art of extracting the precious stigmas from the flower. Afterwards, I'll welcome you into my home for a culinary adventure all about saffron. We'll start with a delicate and enveloping saffron sheep's ricotta flan; move on to potato gnocchi with Parmesan fondue and saffron, and end beautifully with a gourmet dessert: apple cake with extra virgin olive oil and saffron-infused English cream. An unforgettable culinary journey awaits you!

- Our time with Anna and Laura (translator) was so special. Anna was an amazing chef and a great instructor. The food was incredible, something you can’t have anywhere else. We enjoyed our experience and talked for hours. This was a once in a lifetime experience and would 100% recommend this to anyone coming to the area.
